Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hydrology, physical geography, or a related field
  • Proven ability to support teams in assessing various sources of flooding
  • Proficiency in hydrology estimation methods, including FEH
  • Hands-on experience with modelling software such as Flood Modeller, TuFLOW, Microdrainage, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated capability in producing Flood Risk Assessments and surface water drainage strategies
  • Proficiency in software manipulation, including GIS, AutoCAD, or Site3D
  • Strong grasp of flood risk policy and legislation
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive work ethic
