The Automotive Division of Questech Recruitment have an exciting Senior Fleet Administrator role working for an Industry leading, well-established firm with great facilities and opportunities.



This position would start through the agency and perm opportunites may be avaialble for the right candidate.



Fleet Administrator duties:



This role requires a strong administrator, ideally with experience of working within an automotive or fleet environment but not essential.




  • Completing wages

  • Organising and planning work between admin staff

  • Processing / filing / inputting job cards.

  • Auditing outstanding job cards

  • Raising PO’s

  • Processing invoices for payments

  • Resolving any invoicing queries

  • Liaising with different departments to ensure high efficiency.



Fleet Administrator Specifications




  • Must be computer literate and comfortable working with Word and Excel (Microsoft Office Packages)

  • Comfortable with data entry into spreadsheets.

  • Strong attention to detail Is required.

  • Strong communication and administrative skills.

  • Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.



The Hours:



You will work Monday to Friday 40 hours per week on a day shift.



The Pay:



The pay rate is circa £13 - £14 per hour dependent upon experience.
