Senior Fire Engineer

Senior Fire Fault & Commissioning Engineer required for our client, a leading business who design, install and maintain Fire & Security systems. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Fire Safety Engineer looking to move to supervisor position within 18 months and who wants to be part of a growing company that can offer long-term stability and professional development.

Senior Fire Engineer Position Overview

The Senior Fire Engineer will work within operations, heading up the field-based life safety team. Supporting team members in the day-to-day operations on various fire safety systems, ensuring clients receive a high level of customer experience.

• Attend the call-out rota - (1 in 6) Standby �100 per week Mon - Sun / �20 per visit and door to door / Phone �10 per phone call support
• To support, mentor and train team members
• Provide a reliable, quality and professional service to our clients
• Provide technical support to all internal and external stakeholders
• Commissioning, Fault finding and repairs of Fire detection systems
• Support with maintenance visits of conventional and addressable fire detection systems, emergency lighting and smoke ventilation systems

Senior Fire Engineer Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Strong Fire Technical Knowledge and Commissioning
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Experience within commercial settings
• Experience with Fire Alarms, Fire Doors, Fire Extinguishers, Smoke Ventilation, Smoke Detection and more
• Within 10 miles of Birmingham

Senior Fire Engineer Position Remuneration

• �35,000 - �40,000 DOE
• Paid door to door
• 25 days + 8BH (1 Day Extra Per Annum To 30 Days & A Further 5 Days After 10 Years)
• Company Van / Fuel Card
