The Role – Senior Fire and Security Engineer
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the team while upholding the highest standards of technical expertise and customer service.
Type: Full time, permanent
Shifts: Monday – Friday
Work Location: On the road (Scotland)
Key Purpose of the Job:
Service and maintain fire, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems, adhering to current standards.
Assist the Department supervisor and Service Manager in achieving outstanding performance and excellent customer service.
Provide field technical expertise across all systems, conventional and IP-based.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with the company, Customers, Service Manager, and area supervisor.
Work within a team covering a geographical area in Scotland.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Provide leadership to respective teams.
Manage site projects as required.
Assist teams during resource challenges, sickness, or leave.
