Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to be a part of our journey- Apply now!What will you do?As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst and be the driving force behind our financial strategy and decision-making process. You'll lead the charge in capturing and analysing financial data, constructing robust models, and validating critical assumptions. Your insights will not only shape our strategic direction but also steer our partnerships, product development, and investment decisions. You'll collaborate closely with CEO and Senior Management to tackle key questions, refine hypotheses, and execute high-impact research projects. Moreover, you'll play a pivotal role in our journey towards Series A funding, bolstering our financial processes and models to enhance maturity and efficiency.What experience do you need to be successful?-Proven experience within a FP&A or Financial Analyst role with a strong analytical approach, effective communication skills and a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial spirit.-Conducting financial analysis, quantitative analysis, preparing financial planning and building financial models.-Forecasting, validating assumptions and analysing different scenarios how business could look financially in 3, 6, 12 months.-Experience in analysing alternate
solutions/scenarios,
summarising and presenting results to Senior Leaders.-Ability to simplify and present complex analytical concepts to an executive audience.-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Nice to have, but not essential-Proficiency with Python.-Experience working within the energy or hardware tech sector.-Working with investors, supporting funding rounds, or creating projections for company with forecast/insights about how that makes them be more or less investable.Equal opportunitiesIPG Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
