About the RoleCharlotte Tilbury are on the hunt for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our growing Group Reporting Finance team. With the recent implementation of an integration tool linking our accounting systems (NetSuite) with those of our parent company (SAP), there arises a necessity for a dedicated analyst to oversee and refine this system. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity of financial systems and data, enhancing capabilities in the finance department by ensuring accurate master data, reporting and managing reconciliations between the financial reporting systems.
You will become the "go-to" for the finance and data teams and this role would suit a systems accountant or someone who has experience of group reporting with integration across multiple financial reporting systems.
As a Senior Finance Systems Analyst you will
Perform monthly reconciliation of financial data across all finance systems, primarily Netsuite, Anaplan and SAP Central Finance to ensure consistency and accuracy on data sets and "one source of truth."
Support month end group reporting and analysis requirements by developing a library of financial reporting templates in SAP Central Finance / Group Reporting that meet the needs of the finance teams.
Become the dedicated finance system analyst, understanding the data structures, mappings and reporting across NetSuite, Anaplan and SAP Central Finance and how the source data integrates and reports across the different systems.
Work closely with the Master Data, Group Finance and FP&A teams to plan and co-ordinate any master data and reporting changes and seek opportunities to rationalise or optimise reporting.
Review daily data loads from Netsuite into SAP Central Finance to identify any data points or transactions failing integration and work with data teams to address and correct the issues.
Take the lead on Budget and forecast data loads between Anaplan, Netsuite and Central Finance.
Understand and define reporting requirements for any changes that are made and co-ordinate the testing and reconciliation of various views with SAP Central Finance.
Work closely with the Data Engineering, FP&A and Group Reporting teams to define reporting requirements and influence data roadmap for BI dashboards / visualisations.
Collaborate with Internal Controls Function and Business System Teams to ensure that reports effectively monitor risks.
Work closely with Business Transformation team and Business Systems team to drive continuous improvement and align plans.
Participate in and coordinate testing and training for new features, new systems interfaces and upgrades where there is a finance system impact.
Participate in monthly review meetings with Group Finance and Master Data to ensure that plans are tightly managed, and risk / concerns are clearly communicated.
Undertake ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing the functionality and synergy of systems.
About you
Experience in SAP and Central finance is required.
Experience in a similar role using NetSuite highly desired.
Experience in consolidation system highly desired.
Strong understanding of financial reporting
Experience in transitioning between accounting systems beneficial
Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
High technical affinity.
Keen attention to detail and independent thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of master data and controls around master data
Advanced MS Excel skills (LOOKUP, SUMIFS, filter function, etc.).
