Senior Finance Officer

Meridian Business Support are working with a local authority client in the Halton area of Cheshire.� They require an experienced Senior Finance Officer to work at their offices in Runcorn on a Temporary to permanent basis.
Senior Finance Officer - �16.50 to �18.00 per hour, working 37 hours a week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
The ideal candidate for the Senior Finance officer role will have:

• Ideally would have local authority experience working within a Finance officer role�
• A specialism in Education finance although this would not be essential but desirable in terms of a prerequisite.
• Experience working in an Accounts or Finance office�
• Excellent word, excel and outlook skills
• Able to start work on Monday 15th April 2024 and be looking for a permanent contract�
• Able to provide 5 years referencing (from professional email address contacts)
