Senior Finance Manager

Reed Finance is working with an innovative technology company based in North Bristol recruiting for aSenior Finance Manager to lead their finance team. Responsibilities:
Managingthe finance team including accounting, billing and credit control.Ensuringmonthly, quarterly and annual financial information is prepared and reviewed.Performing monthly analysis of business unit performance and trends, including operational metrics.Reviewing monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation.Business partneringwith managers.Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement for finance systems, identifying and resolving issues and proposing change and improvements.Participatingin business process troubleshooting and enhancement initiatives, reviewing financial processes and proposing and implementing improvements.Overseeing management of payroll and associated taxes.Assisting in the preparation of the year-end statements and liaisingwith external auditors,Providingsupport across the Group, as required, for a range of potential finance transformation projects potentially including the implementation of new systems for accounting, inventory management and billingProvidingsupport for other Group finance teams as requiredAttending and contributingto monthly management meetings.Development of direct reports and the widerfinance team.
