If you want to create immersive experiences and unforgettable memories, this is your chance!Objectives of this Role:The Senior Finance Manager will play a leading role in delivering the overall finance strategy, with a key focus on commercial agreements, recovery, stakeholder collaboration and management, finance planning, and driving annual revenue targets. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will:Streamline business control and financial management processes across all relevant areas.Take charge of financial administration, encompassing creditor and debtor management, as well as invoicing.Maintain accurate financial and accounting records that align with the company's plan.Ensure compliance with statutory and tax obligations, including accounting requirements.Oversee monthly accounting maintenance.Supervise financial recovery efforts from business development.Lead planning and forecasting in collaboration with business partners to achieve company goals.Develop and execute finance strategies for long-term objectives.Prepare and assess financial forecasts.Manage weekly and monthly cash flow updates.Analyse revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.Administer and monitor payments.Enhance business income and credit lines.Create and refine business plans and budgets.Establish an efficient filing and record-keeping system for financial statements and company documents.Generate and evaluate financial reports.Provide financial decision support to management.Explore avenues to enhance profitability.Understand the company's overarching objectives, your role within them, and how your daily actions contribute to its success.Collaborate with colleagues in the Finance Department to foster teamwork and synergy.Participate in implementing changes to procedures, policies, and systems to support business expansion, compliance, and scalability.Develop and enhance company documents, including debtor policies and collection procedures.Review commercial agreements and related legal documents.Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.Work closely with Legal Counsel to manage legal matters and court claims related to brand agreements and payments.Role requirements:You should be a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You thrive in dynamic environments and are always ready to take initiative. Your ability to grasp international business and finance enables you to build enduring relationships while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You should also be impeccably presented, positive, confident, and a team player. You should possess:3-5 years of proven expertise and experience in finance and legal matters.Experience in providing understandable, accurate, and timely advice on basic legal issues to other departmentsExpertise in identifying key risks in commercial agreements.Knowledge of fundamental clauses related to NDAs, data protection, commercial obligations, and product distribution, among others.Experience in debt collection and incident management.Commercial awareness, critical thinking, and strong numerical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and accounting tools. You should be capable of condensing large amounts of data into concise recommendations and actions.Experience in collaborating with diverse cross-functional stakeholder groups to translate strategy into actionable finance plans and align financial strategies with overall organizational goals.Resilience, pragmatism, and resourcefulness, with a solutions-based work style and a 'can-do' attitude. You should excel in planning, leading, managing, and adapting to multiple projects on tight deadlines, and you should be comfortable making quick decisions.Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, assessing the organization's financial health, maintaining reporting standards, and optimizing cash flows.The ability to meet targets and take responsibility for your own performance.Natural leadership skills, including the ability to coach team members for improved performance and facilitate change.
