Your key accountabilities will include
Leadership of all reporting and requirements for the Food commercial finance and FP&A, including sales and margin profitability. Strong Business Partner engagement to facilitate collaborative working Leadership and development of Record to Report team including part qualified & qualified accountants Delivery of balance sheet reconciliations within group close timetable to high standard on a monthly basis Lead the team to support the business transformation with the delivery and execution of key projects using standard processes and automation. Your skills and experience will include
Drives implementation of changing priorities positively and develops the team to do the same Communicates persuasively by addressing the needs and interests of others Adapts influencing style to achieve a positive resolution that maintains successful relationships Proven strong leadership experience essential Experienced accountant with post qualified experience (ACMA, ACA, ACCA) Everyone's welcome
