The Senior Finance Business Partner will work directly with C-Suite executives as a credible and trusted business partner, integrated as a member of and counsel to their leadership team. Support and influence at all levels through the provision of high-quality information and relevant actionable insights.

  • �80,000-�100,000 (experience dependent)
  • Reporting to Head of FP&A with 2 x direct reports


Role Purpose:

  • Manage a small team of finance business partners and analysts in support of team objectives and those of the wider finance function and business.

We are looking for a high-achieving business partner who has significant FP&A and business partnering experience in a dynamic organisation and who can bring that skillset to drive change and deliver best practice finance business partnering. This is an opportunity to shape, influence and enhance the value delivered by the highly visible and influential finance team.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner or Senior FP&A leader with significant FP&A experience operating successfully as an advisor to business leaders.
  • Demonstrates gravitas and credibility and is able to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Hold a finance, economics or business-related degree and/or accounting qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide actionable recommendations based on financial and non-financial analysis.
  • Experience in managing and developing finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, scenario analysis and data visualisation.
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • The ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is able to find clear direction within ambiguous situations.
