Across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, we deliver places where people and businesses make memories, forge new experiences, and reach their goals.In short, we deliver the places that enable people and businesses to thrive.Role purposeProvide financial information and decision support to UK Construction Senior Leadership Team.Production of monthly management reporting for Central Overheads and Construction Retail, as well as coordination/consolidation of overall UK Construction results. A key element of the role will involve coordination of business planning/auditing processes for the overall BU; as well as providing support to the Finance Director with ad hoc reporting and analysis. This role will also act as a point of contact for finance systems for the Construction Finance Team.Key accountabilitiesOperate as a business partner to the Construction Board and the Retail Senior Leadership Team.Support the business in making informed decisions by providing fact-based analysis to support financial and commercial proposals.Clearly communicate with other finance team members to ensure deadlines are metProactively identify opportunities, raise ideas and champion process improvements and cost saving initiatives in order to meet business objectives.Financial Management and ReportingWork with Finance Shared Service team to obtain, review and provide analysis of Divisional and Central overhead costs.Review business financial performance delivering clear views of key risks and sensitivities.Production of month end Management Reporting packs, including relevant KPI and commentary for Senior Leadership Team Consolidation, coordinating with Finance Shared Service and Commercial teams where applicable to ensure delivery by agreed deadlines.Coordination of Forecasts and Business Plans for the Construction Retail BU including the provision of plan guidance to the Divisional Commercial teams (inflation, staff rates, job costing assumptions etc).Coordination of Forecasts and Business Plans for the Central Overheads including the provision of decision support analysis to the Construction FD.
