You will operate as a key member of a forward-looking Finance Team focused on providing valuable finance insight to regional management teams and other stakeholders. * This role will focus on providing Finance Business Partner insight to the Service Centre network and it's management team reporting to the Head of Finance and Accounting.
* As a key member of a forward-looking Finance Business Partner team you will be providing financial reporting and analysis, providing key insight into business performance and lending excellent support and influence to the decision-making process.
* This is an exciting high-profile opportunity to play a key part in the development of the structure of the UK business.

* Act as an ambassador of company values and communicate in a compelling way to all internal and external stakeholders.
* Co-ordination of weekly and monthly reporting and insight into key performance drivers v budget and financial forecasts.
* Develop and manage a key suite of KPIs that focus the management team on our Organic Growth project.
* Demonstrate improvement in business performance.Skills & Experience NeededQualified Accountant with proven track record of success in business partneringKnowledge and experience of working with a fully integrated ERP platformA good knowledge of PowerBI applicationsAble to analyse, provide key insights and influence decision makingGenuine Team playerExcellent communication skills
