Senior Finance Assistant

We require a Senior Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team at our head office in Perth, Scotland.The duties include:* Sales LedgerAssist with credit control.Customer debt management and assist with recovery of overdue debt.Process receipts from customers.Process credit notes.Assist in releasing customer orders for production or despatch.Monitor sales orders.* PayrollAssist with the checking and preparation of the weekly payroll.* Purchase LedgerAssist with the processing and payment of invoices, and checking expenses.* Other DutiesSupporting with recruitment process.Assisting with the bank reconciliations.Working closely with and assisting other members of the Finance Team as required by the operational demands of the Department.This is a full time post, the company operates a 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday.For an application form and further details, please see links below.
