What you will do:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and dynamic department from the very beginning of the company's journey. The role is very diverse and the challenges come thick and fast. The Senior Finance Analyst would be expected to pro-actively manage programme budgets, working with and supporting budget holders and other stakeholders to monitor the progress of projects and contribute to business-wide reporting.
Support the financial management of core vehicle programmes to deliver projects on time and on budgetActively manage budgets, working with budget holders to monitor spend, investigate variances, and build regular forecasts to support business cash flow forecastingSupport Purchasing team with procurement activities and supplier nomination processesBusiness partnering with non-finance stakeholders to develop processes and understanding of financial requirementsCreating relevant financial reports and key performance indicators

Recently Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Automotive experience desiredKeen eye for detailDriven, analytical and logical thinkerPersonable and approachable individual with clear communication and ability to build effective working relationshipsWilling to roll up sleeves as required and adapt to change
