But it’s not just about crunching the numbers, it’s about excellence, delivering top-notch financial data and customer service. Committed to driving business performance, you’ll be at the forefront of achieving these goals. Collaborating with wider teams, you’ll assist various business functions, making sure processes are tightly controlled through regular reconciliations and data checks.You’ll work closely with finance teams to understand their processes, design and execute data reconciliations, by pinpointing discrepancies and aged items, drive corrective actions, and make sure balance sheet accounts are in tip-top shape. Plus, you’ll assist with developing new reconciliations and leverage automation systems to streamline processes.Communication is at the heart of what you do, as you build relationships with stakeholders, creating an open channel of trust. Your knack for influencing and assisting with change will be key as you review and standardise existing reconciliations always promoting best practices and maximining technology to enhance efficiency.You’ll bring solid experience in finance processes and accounting standards, are ACCA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, and have strong knowledge of Excel with the ability to build and maintain complex reconciliations.This role closes on 14th May 2024; however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications.
