Meet the teams behind this journey
The Senior Field Programs Manager at DeepL plays a critical role in developing and implementing our virtual programs along with managing various field marketing programs such as Splashthat and reachdesk. This role requires expertise in demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution and strong collaborative skills. As a member of the Global Field Marketing team within the Demand Generation organisation, this position reports to the Global Head of Field Marketing.
Your focus will be on driving pipeline growth through targeted demand generation efforts, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing tactics.
Your responsibilities
Collaborate with the field marketing team to develop comprehensive virtual program and gifting plans, incorporating measurable targets and objectives aligned with corporate goals through strong relationship building and communication skills.Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of registration pages (Splashthat) including workflows, processes, and strategies to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving data-driven success.Guide marketing team members on best practices and usage, ensuring effective utilisation across the organisation.Create and optimise workflows, email campaigns and other digital assets (including landing pages) using content management and optimisation tools.Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams including marketing, marketing ops, sales, and product to bring initiatives that nurture, engage and progress quality leads through the sales funnel.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in virtual programs, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation.

Qualities we look forProven experience (5 years+) in field marketing, digital marketing, virtual events or related role, with a strong focus on leveraging marketing platforms such as Zoom, Splashthat, Reachdesk.Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and practices, with experience in creating and optimising landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets.Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks, with a track record of driving improvements in conversion rates and lead engagement.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyse key performance metrics.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Knowledge of CRM/marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce and Hubspot.Additional Language is a plus, (French, Japanese, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, Spanish, German)What we offerDiverse and internationally distributed team: joining our team means becoming part of a large, global community with people of more than 90 nationalities.
