Are you an experienced IT Field Service Engineer who enjoys being on the road and travelling to different customer sites. If so, we are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join one of our clients based in Essex.
As a Senior IT Field Service Engineer you will:
Travel to various customer locations
Be required to troubleshoot and repair a variety of IT equipment including Servers, PCs, Laptop, printer and point of sales systems (EPOS) – (installation, configuration, and support)
Hold or obtain vendor certifications on Servers & Laptops (HP, Dell, Lenova etc)
Hold or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance
Be a confident communicator
Maintain high levels of customer service
Work well as part of a team
Develop, grow and maintain professional working relationships with all customers & internal stakeholders
Form part of an on-call rota
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Have a solid understanding of customers SLA requirement and use initiative to ensure the expectation is met and exceeded
