Senior Facilities Manager
role. This group have very exciting growth plans both in the UK and in Europe and this role will play a key part in them. All about you:
You will delight in a client facing role and bring an energetic and positive outlook to Facilities Management. You will have multi-site experience and be happy working autonomously, building and managing relationship with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and contractors. Ideally you will have either IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and sound technical, compliance and H&S knowledge. If you have exposure to Service Charge management, that would be a real plus. At the very least, you be comfortable with spreadsheets and be able to forecast and budget for your department.
About the role:
The role will report into the Head of Operations and work closely with site teams and the programme manager. With proven experience of managing office services and facilities of a multi-site organisation to ensure a safe, efficient and cost-effective working environment. You will have experience in sourcing and managing internal and external contractors and coordinating essential hard and soft services. This role will suit a highly organised individual with excellent communication and an in-depth knowledge of facilities management. You must have good Health and Safety knowledge as you will be responsible for ensuring all buildings meet UK regulations and any relevant qualifications would be highly desirable. You will also have a supervisory and advisory role over European based sites.
Building Services & Facilities
Lead and direct contractors to agreed SLA’s
Agreeing and ensuring PPM’s and reactive task management is delivered by external contractors for all equipment and infrastructure
Ensure members perceive exceptional value and excellence of service
Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications
Provide overall leadership, administration (and as required) negotiation of all FM contracts
Timely delivery of core facility services on a daily operational basis
Ensure building maintenance is in accordance with the terms of the occupancy lease
Ensure that our facilities comply with our ESG and Carbon Net Zero strategy
Ensure that our facilities management complies with Health & Safety regulations
