Based in a highly desirable location in West London
Working on a new mixed use prestigious development
Just over 200,000 sq ft in size
Consists of shops, office space, a bar and residential units
High end luxury site
The candidate must have both commercial and residential experience
Must have at least 5 years experience in a more senior type of role
Strong understanding of service charges, budgets and contract management
Must have strong understanding of H&S and sustainability
Be able to lead a team to oversee the whole site
Excellent communication skills to deal with all stake holders

Working for a very well respected and established company
£60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
