Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background of working withing Facilities Management for 8+ years and have experience of managing the delivery of hard & soft services across a multi site portfolio of properties and have managed a team of FM operatives at various levels across both hard & soft services. You will need to haven a strong working knowledge of CAFM systems and estates compliance legislation.
It is anticipated that you will have an IWFM membership and associated qualifications relating to FM & Estates and ideally hold a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification or be working towards this.
The role will require travel across the Worcestershire region so you will need to live within a sensible commuting distance of the Worcestershire region and have access to your own vehicle.
Job Offer
A starting salary of �58,000 is on offer and you will also be enrolled on to a local government pension scheme.
