Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager, BioCity Glasgow

Role Summary:�You'll join one of the UK's leading managing agents as a Senior Facilities Manager at BioCity Glasgow. You'll work closely with the Site Director to ensure exceptional management of the campus, providing top-notch service to occupiers and clients. Your primary focus will be on marketing the site and implementing innovative strategies to establish it as a premier scientific hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Site Director and occupiers to assess and improve facility suitability.


• Maintain high occupier and client satisfaction through prompt service response and budget management.


• Support laboratory growth and refurbishment plans in coordination with occupiers and external teams.


• Proactively adapt to company and IT system changes while upholding compliance and policy standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar environment with wet and dry laboratory expertise.


• Proficiency in compiling and managing large service charge budgets.


• NEBOSH certification desirable.

Experience and Salary:

• Experience in a similar environment or a managing agent background is required.�


• Salary up to �56,000 per annum, based on experience.
