Temporary contract/secondment opportunity 31 March 2025 | £14,466.18 to £15,966.10 per annum (Scale K) | 13 hours per week | County Hall, NorwichAre you ready to make a real impact?The newly formed Care Workforce Development team seek toraise the profile of adult social care as a career, supporting quality improvement and increasing capacity in Norfolk and Waveney.This is a varied role, working alongside the current post holder to develop evidence-based workforce projects that enable engagement and delivery of resourcing activity alongside a programme of consultancy for external adult social care organisations - providing information and advice on recruitment, employer branding, retention and well-being best practice, underpinned with a sound understanding of the legislative context. We also have a team of workforce advisers that you will coach and advise, with this role focused on complex cases. You will also support the development of a communication and promotion plan.The successful candidate will be a Graduate Member of CIPD and/or a marketing qualification or equivalent qualification and experience.Please note the role includes travel across the county and work outside of normal office hours, including occasional weekends. The role will be hybrid, including some dedicated office time at County Hall, Norwich each week to work alongside other team members in person.
