Our award-winning Experimentation team exists to maximise the ROI of the product development teams by ensuring that what is delivered has the greatest impact on the customer experience and our business KPIs.
The role of the Senior Digital Experimentation Analyst is to own the end-to-end process of optimisation for these specific business areas.
This is achieved through a data-driven continuous optimisation and improvement program, and a rational process for making decisions about what to develop, alongside supporting a continuous development process using feature flagging.
We use insight and analytics to uncover problems and opportunities, create hypotheses for improvement, and then run testing and optimisation programmes to validate and realise these recommendations.

What you’ll bring: A passion for the customer, ensuring we do what’s right for the customer every time
Experience of digital optimisation and experimentation (A/B and MV testing) tools and process (preferably Optimizely X both web experiments and full stack server side testing)
Proven hypotheses generation and experiment management experience
Digital analytics experience, preferably Adobe Analytics, HTML and CSS skills would be a major advantage
Business acumen & strategic thinking
Data visualisation and presentation
Excellent communication
Root cause analysis
