Reporting to the Director of Executive Planning, the role works very closely with the Chief Executive, the Board and line manages three key team members within the Executive Office, which is the critical hub for all Shareholder and Board reporting and delivery, key stakeholder engagement and operational and priority issues. Key will be expert liaison with relevant departments across the business regarding all manner of business critical commercial, legal, regulatory, commercial and policy matters, working closely with the wider business to coordinate operational delivery of key business priorities.
The role includes (but is not limited to) tracking workstreams and projects, managing and delivering Board and Shareholder related events/meetings and production and coordination of agendas, presentations, briefing notes, correspondence and Board and Shareholder reports, as well as line management responsibilities for three members of the Executive Office team.
The role will suit a highly dexterous and accomplished yet modest and conscientious individual with prior Executive Assistant experience from a Corporate (Finance/Professional Services/Consultancy) who has demonstrable line management responsibility and thrives working in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You’ll have first class organisation and communication skills, enthusiasm to deliver, and meticulously high standards of attention to detail. You’ll have advanced Microsoft Office skills. You are supremely comfortable in a “Supporting role” where you will not have direct ownership for the delivery, but instead enjoy working collaboratively to achieve team-based results. You will have high personal integrity, professionalism and discretion alongside the ability to multi-task, establish excellent internal and external working relationships and effectively prioritise under pressure, using high levels of emotional intelligence and adaptability to do so.
