Key ResponsibilitiesReview existing work processes and systems and implement efficient processes and systems to optimize operational workflows and enhance productivity.Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with work improvement plans to ensure consistency and compliance.Design and manage dashboards and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to address operational challenges.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.Regular review of team dynamics to ensure relevancy in current job roles and responsibilities of the team.Manage the team’s communications with the different stakeholders in respond to stakeholders’ enquiries.Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.Key RequirementsDegree/Diploma, preferably in Human Resource Management or related.With at least 2 years of HR Operations experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self driven, meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, including PowerAutomate.
