We love to build & innovate and are looking for someone who brings that attitude to the role of an Executive Assistant.This is a brand new EA role that offers a fresh approach with the opportunity to tailor the role to your unique strengths and talent. You’ll be the autonomous right hand for our CRO & CCO, supporting all business functions, looking after administration and organisation, and assisting with exciting projects. A strong plus would be someone with experience working in Financial Services / Fintech.Based in Shoreditch, you will be joining a welcoming and supportive team who are incredibly passionate about the brand and their journey. A mix of remote working (Mondays and Fridays) and based in the office in Shoreditch (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).What you'll be doingComplex diary management, scheduling meetings and creating agendasDetailed inbox management - act as the first point of contact responding to emails on behalf of the CRO & CCO, tracking progress with items and ensuring all correspondence is managed effectivelyTravel booking - manage end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, visas, accommodation and creating detailed itinerariesProvide thorough preparation for meetings and take accurate minutes to capture key discussions and action itemsDrafting reports and presentationsUndertaking various ad-hoc research projects and assisting with strategic initiativesYour experience+8 years experience as an Executive AssistantA proactive and solution-focused mindset, anticipating needs and addressing challengesConfident, resilient, and adept at maintaining professional boundariesHighly organised, efficient and driven to excel in a fast-paced environmentTech and G-suite savvy, with a strong aptitude for utilising digital toolsSmart and analytical, capable of grasping complex concepts quicklyHardworking, ambitious and eager to contribute to the success of a thriving companyExcellent communication skills and the ability to provide context when neededYour ProfileSolution-focused, you thrive on problem-solving and excel in all-encompassing organisational matters.First-class communication, you enjoy clarity and conciseness when it comes to liaising with all levels of the business and C-suite.Meticulous attention to detail, you have a sharp eye for errors and are meticulously precise, coupled with native-level proficiency in spoken and written English.Interview processStage 1 -Quick video call with our Talent team (30 mins)Stage 2 -Final chat with our COO and CRO (45 mins each)Stage 3 -Meet other team members of the C-suiteLife at Lendable (check out our Glassdoor page)> The opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies.>Best-in-class compensation, including equity.> You can work from home every Monday and Friday if you wish - on the other days we all come together IRL to be together, build and exchange ideas.>Our in-house chef prepares fresh, healthy lunches in the office every Tuesday-Thursday> We care for our Lendies’ well-being both physically and mentally, so we offer coverage when it comes to private health insurance> We're an equal opportunity employer and are looking to make Lendable the most inclusive and open workspace in London
