Reporting to the Interim Head of Evidence and Insights, the Senior Evidence and Insights Analyst is responsible for leading on the analysis and interpretation of data for CCW and providing direction to the Evidence and Insights Data Analysts. The Senior Evidence and Insights Analyst will be responsible for the collation, analysis and quality assurance of CCW’s data, drawing together insight to inform operational and policy decisions. They will be responsible for ensuring that the data CCW holds is accurate and that it can be accessed by everyone in CCW through Power BI dashboards (which may be made external at a future date).The Senior Evidence and Insights Analyst will also be responsible for the production of CCW’s annual household and business customer complaints reports, which are published on our website, and for conducting assessments of water companies’ complaints handling to ensure that they are reporting in line with the complaints guidance.The successful candidate will be able to use their proven technical and analytical skills and their solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management in order to deliver our mission to ensure people are well-informed, treated fairly and have confidence in their water services.The selection process will include:A sift using the content of the application sections alone based on the person specification (not CVs or supporting attachments)The closing date is 23.55pm on Sunday 7 January 2024Please note that our recruitment uses anonymous methods, meaning any CVs or attachments you provide won’t be seen by the recruitment panel.
