Job Title Senior Events Executive
Salary: £32,000 - £34,250 + Benefits
Location: West Sussex
My client is a membership organisation who have a passion for enjoying and sharing the great outdoor! They put on a number of pop up events each year all over the UK and we are looking for a Senior Events Executive to join the team, supporting across all areas of the event from start to finish. This will be a hybrid role with a mixture of office, on site and remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with venues and landlords
Organize all administration and paperwork
Gather quotes from suppliers
Manage bookings, resolving payment errors or duplicates
Provide analysis and feedback after each event
Research new location opportunities
Develop marketing and promotion collateral for events
Provide further administrative and logistics support to the team
Skills and Experience:
Previous event experience ideally within outdoor or festivals
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience in event support and logistics
Previous knowledge of using an event booking system
Ability to create strong relationships
Positive and enthusiastic
Full UK driving license
