Description
In this role as a Senior Event Project Manager, you will get the opportunity to work across a range of large and exciting accounts that span multiple sectors! You'll be working within a collaborative team and will be overseeing multiple projects at any one time (ranging in size and budget!) so you must be comfortable and happy to work in a fast paced environment and spin multiple plates at any one time (without breaking any!).
Manage the day-to-day delivery of client projects, taking ownership and managing and delivering against budget and on time
Control and manage the budgets, invoicing, and reporting ensuring teams are informed and
margin/profitability
levels are optimised throughout the project
Briefing in internal departments, liaising with suppliers and content delivery, as well as overseeing the technical and logistics of any events you oversee
Work across a range of briefs from digital to film and events as well as print based projects too, at any one time
Experience
To be considered for the role of Senior Event Project Manager for this award winning agency, you will need to have:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Able to handle working in a busy agency, juggling multiple projects
Similar experience as an Event Manager or Project Manager
Experience project managing events as well as broader projects covering digital, film, print
Understanding of event production, ideally within an agency environment
A strong ability to work to tight deadlines and timelines
Phenomenal time management skills and very autonomous. Able to take ownership and responsibility
Happy to travel around the UK and occasionally internationally as well.
Remuneration
Your salary as a Senior Event Project Manager will be up to £45,000 and dependant on experience. They also offer some great benefits such as:
