Up to £40,000 + Bonus
We are excited to be working with a premium event catering company who deliver events in various central London locations and they are looking for an Senior Event Planner to join their team.
Our client is seeking an organised and personable individual, ideally from a high-end catering background, with experience in working across multiple venues.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
Attend tastings, venue meetings and site visits
Work closely with other department to ensure smooth running of all events
Maintaining, building and sustaining relationships with key accounts, venues and suppliers
Produce all event administration
Full event planning and on the day management
Managing client budget and ensure all jobs are quoted correctly
EXPERIENCE:
Experience working within event catering or unique venues of London
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Pro-active, with lots of initiative and energy
Excellent planner, showing good organisation and event coordination skills
Smart, presentable, highly professional and with a welcoming personality
