Senior Event Manager

With more then 40 years of experience, their focus lies in delivering high quality insights, business intelligence and specialised content to their global network.The role:This role sits within the events operations team with the primary responsibility being operational execution of hybrid, digital and in person events throughout the UK.As a senior event Manager you will play a pivotal role in strategically analysing the events within your portfolio and ensuring event objectives are met. With two direct reports you will also collaborate with other event managers across the company to ensure seamless organisation of event logistics whilst delivering top notch events within designated timescales and budgets.Key tasks and responsibilitiesProfessional and timely delivery of all events in the portfolioEnsuring all events are scheduled in a collaborative wayEnsuring excellent cost management is achieved across all events and ensure that event budgets are being maintained by your team on a regular basisBuild strong venue and supplier relationships to ensure the best possible space, rates and contract terms and conditions are securedDevelopment of excellent client relationships with speakers, sponsors and delegatesSkills requiredThree plus years of experience in managing operations for in-person sponsored eventsExcellent time management skills and attention to detailsAt least one year line management experienceAn ability to develop strong supplier relationships and to negotiatePlease send your CV to
