Senior Event Manager - Motorsport and Football

Job DescriptionJLB are excited to be partnering with a leading sports marketing agency, who are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their live event, activation and operational delivery team.The successful candidate will be working across one of their key client accounts to oversee a variety of deliverables around their global motorsport and football partnerships, including but not limited to; brand experience, guest experience, VIP hospitality, track days, fan activation and event production.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create and activate a range of experience-led B2B (customer engagement) and B2C (fan engagement) events.Develop and deliver experiential and VIP hospitality experiences for clients/brands.Support the client across all planning and activation, as well as oversee the team in managing the on-the-ground event & activity, ensuring everything is delivered on time and on budget.Manage a team of Account Managers and Executives, as well as oversee all suppliers and key stakeholders.About you:5 + years experience in the sports sector, ideally across football and motorsport.Extensive experience delivering events and guest programmes within sports.Strong experience across budget management and using finance systems.Experience activating in a global market.Additional Information:Salary: £40K - £45K (based on experience)Hybrid role: 3 days in the London officeSome UK and International travel involvedIf this sounds like the perfect role for you then please apply now!**Due to the specific requirements of the role we will only be able to respond to candidates with relevant experience
