We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager with expertise in ETRM systems, particularly Endur, to lead our technical team and drive strategic initiatives in oil and gas trading.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Lead and execute strategic initiatives in energy trading and risk management, leveraging expertise in Endur to drive innovation and deliver value to clients.Client Engagement:Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients in the oil and gas sector, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions leveraging Endur and other ETRM systems.Endur Specialisation:Utilise deep knowledge and experience in Endur to optimise trading operations, streamline workflows, and enhance risk management strategies for clients.Team Leadership: Manage a team of technical experts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement custom ETRM solutions, including system configurations, integrations, and enhancements.Training and Development: Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams on Endur and other ETRM systems, ensuring maximum utilisation and effectiveness.Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in energy trading and risk management, and provide thought leadership and guidance to clients and internal teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience (10+ years minimum)Utilises their deep understanding of Endur design principles in creating a solution for the client.Translates the business knowledge and client requirements into systems design.Should understand the Endur Architecture and devise ways to optimise its strengths for the client solutionProven track record of successfully leading large teams and managing complex accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.Deep understanding of oil and gas operations, technologies, and market trends, coupled with the ability to translate technical knowledge into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop talent.Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and drive innovation.Willingness to travel as needed.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.This vacancy is only open to those approached on LinkedIn by our TRM team here at Sapient.The learning opportunities here are endless.
