Senior Estimator

About the Position:
As Enisca Browne continues to excel, we are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. The role involves creating project tender packages for both current and prospective clients within the water industry.
Responsibilities:
Interpreting project briefs and creating a comprehensive pricing schedule covering all necessary aspects
Researching costs of materials, transportation, labor, and equipment
Conducting site visits with the supply chain when necessary to gather quotes
Obtaining and evaluating quotes from suppliers and contractors within set timelines
Collaborating with the project controls team to develop a tender program ensuring proper project preliminaries
Assessing project risk levels and applying appropriate risk management to pricing and scheduling
Preparing and presenting tender quotations internally for review and approval
Submitting tender quotations to the client and assisting in new contract bids
Facilitating handover to the project delivery team and supporting buyer activities as needed
Working closely with all departments and assisting senior managers

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications: EUSR Water Hygiene Card
Competency in: Microsoft Word & Excel
Desirable Qualifications: Competency in Microsoft Project
