The Role
My client are Specialists in the Manufacturing and Installation of Doors & Windows.
They have over 35 years experience, working across Glazing, Windows & Doors and some cladding works.
They predominately work on residential projects which range up to £15m.
My client have a low staff turnover and are strong investors in their people.
The Company
My client are looking for an experienced Estimator to join them in their office in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for:
Assessment of incoming enquiries for suitability and risk.
Analysis of any potential technical issues including liaising with relevant consultants, architects and clients to bring to a successful conclusion.
Preparation and submission of subcontract and material enquiries and assessment of incoming quotations for suitability/value.
Attend/conduct meetings with client/architect/consultant.
Carry out full take off and detailed pricing.
Candidates require the following as a minimum:
4 years+ in estimating roles within the glazing/fenestration industry.
Working knowledge in Aluminium glazing systems.
