Senior Estimator

We are currently seeking experienced Senior Estimators
Based in either London, Bristol, Birmingham, or Manchester with experience in Energy and Nuclear projects. Salary: £60-70k DOE Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Deliver appropriate estimating role
Manage and plan resources
Develop and support key accounts
Responsible for successful delivery of multiple commissions
Innovate and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and professional working environment
Act as a mentor to others
Drive business performance forward

Enhance Estimating capability
Lead in development and use of estimating software
Support Cost Intelligence initiatives
Deliver excellent client service
Develop, mentor, and support teams

Essential Qualifications And Skills:
Proven track record in estimating across infrastructure projects
Technical ability to challenge engineering teams
Comprehensive understanding of industry benchmarks and best practices
Experience in transport and complex infrastructure sector
Member of relevant professional association
Degree level in construction related field
Quantity surveying skills
Familiarity with government initiatives and policies
