Senior Estimator

4Site is looking for a Senior Estimator to join our client based in London.

Our client is a main contractor specializing in high-end residential refurbishments throughout prestigious areas of London. They have been established for over 10 years and complete bespoke refurbishments for private clients, with values typically ranging up to £5m. They have a dynamic team made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about construction and constantly strive for excellence. With their current pipeline of work they are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their commercial team and hit the ground running. 

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have experience working with a main contractor
• Proven experience working on prime residential refurbishment projects valued £3m and higher
• Be highly numerate 
• Be computer literate
• Have an understanding of building legislation, building materials, and design
