The Role
Preparing competitive tenders and estimates for large and complex building projects. Working closely with other departments including design, construction, sales, and contracts to provide the client with the most cost-effective tender information. Pricing all activities, tender adjudication, document submission and meeting with clients

The Candidate
10+ year's experience in estimating/quantity surveying. GCSE's in English, Maths and Science and a HNC in construction or a commercial qualification. Structural steel experience (preferred).
