Senior Estimator

My client are a leading plastering and dry-lining sub-contractor who provide high-quality interior services to leading housebuilders and main contractors across the North West and wider areas. They predominantly deliver residential projects, as well as commercial and industrial schemes.
Due to increased workload and sustained growth, they're looking to recruit a Senior Estimator to join their team and play an integral part in the company's future plans. My client offer hybrid working to suit your needs and circumstances.
As the Senior Estimator, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Taking overall lead on all estimating functions.
Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
Review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission.
Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others.
Overseeing all received/submitted tendersSalary: The salary for this position is negotiable but up to around £65,000.
