Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager (Director Designate)

We are recruiting a key role on the behalf of a Chelsea-based main contractor which is a leading name in the luxury residential sector, undertaking ultra high-end projects for wealthy, private clients in Knightsbridge, Kensington and Mayfair.

Newly created, the position will see the successful candidate leading a small team, undertaking all pre-construction activities; agreeing specifications with clients, estimating projects valued from £1m to £25m, analysing tenders from subcontractors and programming works.

Forward prospects are excellent as the firm’s succession intentions are to see the role develop towards that of Construction Director when the current incumbent retires in around five years time.

The position would therefore best suit a pre-con specialist from a Quantity Surveying background with extensive experience of complex, luxury residential refurbishments and fit outs, with the drive and ambition to secure a directorship with a prestigious, profitable builder.

Interviews are available from w/c 15th April and salary is a competitive £80k to £90k + package.
