Location: City of LondonSalary: £100K- £110K per YearContract: PermanentType: Full Time Reference: AS-SE-LMP85_1710498105 Posted: March 15, 2024Fawkes and Reece are currently working closely with a premier brand main contractor within the fit out market, who have a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their estimating team based in the City of London.Our client deliver iconic refurbishment and fit out schemes for blue chip organisations, and pride themselves on their high levels off staff retention and satisfaction.Our client work across a range of project sectors inclusive of; Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Leisure, Mixed Use, Retail and Health - with projects ranging up to £25m in value.Reporting in to the Estimating Director, you will be working within a tight-knit team and have genuine opportunities to progress your career from within the business, any training related to your role will be provided.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a stable employment history, and have at least ten years of experience working for major main contractors in London and the South East (fit out/interiors sector).As Senior Estimator you will be responsible for overseeing major tenders and have the proven ability to manage complex bids from initial enquiry, all the way through to the final submission to the client.As Senior Estimator will have expert knowledge of the tendering process and also be capable of dealing with a wide range of cost planning issues.You will have the ability to perform detailed reviews and analysis of cost plans for a wide range of projects, including full measurement and detailed rating exercises.
