Estates Surveyor

My client based in Hertfordshire is currently looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team and manage their corporate property portfolio managing a variety of assets management and estates matters.

Essential Requirements:

• Estate management of a commercial property portfolio (office blocks, car parks, shopping centres).
• Ability to negotiate and liaise on rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Experience in managing landlord and tenant matters.
• MRICS qualified is beneficial but not essential.

Job Details:

• Location: Hertfordshire
• Rate: � Negotiable DOE
• Start Date: ASAP
• Working Pattern: Hybrid
