Senior Estates Surveyor

Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority based in Lancashire, who require an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team.

Initially, this is a 3-month contract, however I have been assured that the role is likely to be a 12 month minimum contract.

Day-to-day work includes:

• Estate Management
• Assisting with the Asset Disposal Plan
• Assisting with re-development projects when necessary

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly team who are extremely supportive, as well as getting involved in some interesting work that the council have in the pipeline.

The council work on a hybrid basis, allowing you to be flexible with your office attendance.
