My client based in the Hampshire area has reached out to me for an urgent requirement to bring an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor into growing team.

Senior Estates Surveyor

Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position as an Estates Surveyor on residential and commercial properties.
• Ability to complete lease reviews and renewals in a timely manner.
• Ability to expand into work for new clients and new properties.
• Managing and undertaking the extensive consistent workflow from a mix of Property Management clients and also a wide range of existing private and public sector clients.

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 6 months (potential for extension)
• Rate: � Negotiable DOE.
• Location: Hampshire
• Working Pattern: Hybrid
• Start Date: Immediate
