The Role: As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will be a key member of our professional team responsible for managing and enhancing our commercial property portfolio. Your duties will include:

• Providing senior support in asset and property management activities.
• Supporting the development and implementation of our Commercial Property Strategy.
• Managing day-to-day estate management issues and tenant liaison.
• Overseeing the delivery of financial targets and income generation.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and change.
