Senior Estates Surveyor

I am looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor in the Leicestershire area to join a local authority on a permanent basis. Taking the lead on the estates management team, you will be responsible for the corporate and commercial property estate and delivering the relevant services.
Senior Estates Surveyor duties:

• Oversee a team of facilities managers
• Manage lettings and lease renewals
• Manage rent income
• Ensure cost effective management of the estate

What is required for the Senior Estates Surveyor

• Experience in a similar position
• Prior experience working at a local authority or housing association
• Experience managing commercial properties
• Knowledge of leases and renewals
