Senior Estates Surveyor

Randstad are currently looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor for the Housing & Place team in the local council.

Role: Senior Estates Surveyor
Location: The Campus, Welwyn Garden City
Shifts: 37 hours per week (mainly from home)
Pay rate: �23.77 - �25/hr
Contract: 3 months +

As the Building Surveyor you will be focusing on both housing and commercial property assets, you will ensure compliance with evolving legislation and best practice, meet some stretching performance targets and operate closely with customers and colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
Requirements:

• Substantial Estates management experience, including valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, negotiations and management of commercial properties.
• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft office and experience using electronic property management.
• Ability to apply property and legal knowledge to complex property transactions, making recommendations to management where necessary.
• Ability to interpret plans including the ability to measure units both on the ground and from plans following current measurement guidance.
• Ability to read and interpret complex legislation, regulations and legal documents.
• Vaild UK driving license
