An expanding Environmental Consultancy with 17 years in the industry and with 3 offices in Scotland and Wales are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to join their renewable energy/Environmental Impact Assessment team. With a team of specialists and a huge range of innovative projects to work on, the role provides great opportunity for career progression, team leading and niche specialisms to be developed.
The renewable energy focussed Environmental Consultant role will require you to carry out technical assessments (including desktop studies, surveys and site visits at times), write and review technical reports, prepare tenders, project manage and contribute to business development. You'll be working amongst teams of environmental and geotechnical engineers, acoustic and noise teams, ecologists, Environmental Impact Assessors and hydrologists to coordinate progression and develop projects.
The Senior Environmental Consultant position will provide:
An excellent salary (£30,000 - £38,000), depending on experience.

Have experience working as an Environmental Consultant.
Preferably have experience or knowledge about Renewable Energy.
Have a degree in physical geography, environmental science, geology or another relevant subject.
Be commutable to Edinburgh and surrounding sites.
Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
