The Role The Senior Entertainment Editor will be a part of The Talent Group (TTG), a dynamic team of global bookers responsible for securing talent across all Condé Nast platforms. The team includes Editorial, Commercial and Video teams. The Senior Entertainment Editor will primarily support Vogue, but may be expected to support other global brands. What will you be doing?
This position is responsible for booking celebrity content across print, digital, video and tent pole event platforms for Vogue (and other brands as required)
This "celebrity specialist" must be on the pulse of all aspects of the pop culture realm and have a keen eye for emerging and diverse talent. This includes musicians, actors in film and television, athletes, influencers and tastemakers.
This position will work in partnership with the editorial, commercial and
video departments
across the teams in the UK, to support on all talent and celebrity bookings.
Work in close
collaboration with
the global TTG network
to provide
information, updates, sharing resources and status
reports on current
and future projects and programs that are being developed and worked on.
Negotiate editorial talent bookings and secure global rights for the Condé networks.
Manage and oversee photo shoots including covers and portfolios, interview sessions, and video productions to successful execution.
Develop and manage external relationships with personal publicists, film studios, record labels, TV networks and streamers.
Knowledge and understanding of British Culture on a local market level.
Work with the editorial features and video teams and commercial TTG teams to contribute casting ideas for celebrity related editorial projects and branded commercial programs.
Collaborate with internal social and communication teams to strategise digital rollouts of content. Who you are:

Detail oriented, organised with the ability to multitask and follow tight deadlines
Ideal candidate will have an editorial, commercial, digital, or TV booking background
Have a passion and knowledge of pop culture, entertainment and the celebrity world
Have relationships with celebrity publicists, studios, music labels, and streaming television networks Where will you be based? We encourage hybrid working but when you are in the office, this role will be primarily based in the wonderful Adelphi building with breathtaking views over the Thames and next to the hustle and bustle of The
Strand.
